Establishing a Special Fund at CPSF is a profound way for Individuals, families, foundations and businesses to honor a loved one, create a legacy or address a particular type of patient need. 

Special Funds can be established as part of the CPSF Emergency Fund. A minimum of $10,000 is required to establish a named fund.
