Your sponsorship will help raise funds critical to CPSF’s mission of serving Vermont cancer patients and their families by providing emergency financial assistance and support during diagnosis, treatment and recovery. With the support of generous community partners like you, the CPSF Emergency Fund gives hope and financial assistance to more than 500 Vermont cancer patients every year who are struggling to pay their bills during treatment. CPSF has awarded over $3 million to more than 11,000 cancer patients throughout Vermont since 2001. The Emergency Fund helps patients pay for basic needs like food, housing, home heating and electricity, transportation to treatment, and more.
